From UTSA or USAA (I-10W):
-Take Exit 564 towards I-410.
-Keep left, take I-410 E at the fork, and merge onto I-410 E.
-Take exit 20 for US-281 N toward San Pedro Ave/Johnson City/N Star Mall.
-Take the S. San Pedro Ave ramp & turn left at San Pedro.
-Straight , take ramp and keep left towards US-281 N.
-Exit towards Bitters Rd. and take the turnaround.
-Club Rio will be on your right hand side.
From Downtown (US 281 S):
-Follow signs for I-37 N/US-281 N/I-35.
-Continue toward US-281 N and merge onto US-281 N.
-Take the exit toward Bitters Rd.
-Take the turnaround at the stoplight.
-Club Rio will be on your right hand side.
From Stone Oak (Loop 1604):
-Take the ramp onto TX-1604-LOOP E.
-Take the exit toward US-281/San Antonio/Johnson City.
-Turn right at San Pedro Ave.
-Take the ramp on the left onto US-281 S.
-Take the exit toward Bitters Rd.
-After the stoplight, Club Rio will be on your right hand side.
From Austin, Tx (I-35 N):
-From I-35, take exit 172 for Anderson Loop/TX-1604-LOOP.
-Keep right at the fork, follow signs for TX-1604-LOOP W/Anderson Loop.
-Take the exit toward US-281/San Antonio/Johnson City and turn left at San Pedro Ave.
-Take the ramp on the left onto US-281 S and then Exit Bitters Rd.
